Orienteering 3:00:00 [3]
shoes: Helly Hansen Trailcutter

Tagging remaining sites for Middle, plus checking a few tags for NSW Champs. Very cold start this morning, about -1C when I got to the forest and it wasn't that early. Warmed up quickly and a nice day in the bush.

Home in time to see the agony of Hawks throw away a 28 point lead and loose by 1 to Cats, although Cats had Midas touch (with some help from officialdom) in last quarter.

Running 16:30 [4] 3.5 km (4:43 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

What is becoming the regular Thursday arvo Willans loop with Briohny. A bit slower this week as Bri did 85 minutes this morning and my hammy is still a bit touchy.

Running warm up/down 10:00 [3]
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

From and back to Briohny's house.

Note
(rest day)

Can't overdo it! Also, right hammy a bit tight

Running 1:02:20 [3] 12.0 km (5:12 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 9

Got away from work a bit early thanks to working through lunch and a doctors appointment so headed out for a longish afternoon run out past the Boat Club, through Rawlings Pk to Mitchell Rd, down Silverwood, back through Rawlings and round the north end of the Lake to home.

Nimbus 9's shoes felt a bit odd to start with and feet a bit sore when I finished so maybe they have reached their use by date, almost 550km on the clock now.

Note
(rest day)

Just too tired after two late nights over the weekend watching football (go the Hawks!), cricket, golf, Tour..., plus yesterday's long run and 2 hours gardening at Briohny's place!

Running 1:23:57 [3] 16.0 km (5:15 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Nimbus 10

Long run out to Plumpton Hill and then down to the dam in the reserve, turned around and came home again. Steady pace and enjoyed the cool conditions. Only problem was a bit of soreness in right hip in the last km or so. Good start, if a little belated, to my Wagga Trail Marathon Relay (and Sydney Half??) training.
