Running 49:45 [3] 9.1 km (5:28 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Cumulus 9

Another afternoon run in Sydney. Planned it on Google Earth and that doesn't show contours:-) This was quite a bit hillier (is that a word?) than I thought so pretty slow for the distance.

7 days straight of running is a first in Australia for me I think - did it in Czech earlier this year. That's all for a few days however as won't have another chance probably until Saturday.

Running 41:15 [3] 7.7 km (5:21 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Cumulus 9

Steady late afternoon run in Sydney after a meeting at St Leonards.

A long day that started at 5:30am. Drove to Albury for 8:00am meeting then flew to Sydney at 10:00am for the St Leonards meeting.

Hopefully will fit in a longer run tomorrow as we are due to finish around 4:00pm.

Morning run in Hervey Bay to get the stiffness out of the legs after the weekend. Out quite early but still warm and humid.

Orienteering race (Australian Relays M45A) 34:14 [5] *** 5.0 km (6:51 / km) +140m 6:00 / km
spiked:9/12c shoes: UK Gear PT03 trail

M45A Aust Relays with James Lithgow and Mel Cox. I ran 2nd leg and had a pretty good run although missed #1 by about a minute. Vague on a couple of others but generally OK. Miss Jones caught me at 3 where we were both sightly off line, then her speed and fitness should have seen her run away from me but I kept meeting her again, especially after the crossover.

Managed to catch more than 3 minutes on Tim Hatley running for Victoria, but I think it was his error not my fast running! That put us close enough for Mel to run down Neil Barr and take us into 2nd place behind a very fast QLD team.
