Morning run in and around Rutherglen. Started with Deb and she turned back after 2 km. I went on to do a loop that brought me back to Campbell's Winery and then back into town. Nice quite rural roads and one very narrow track. Good way to finish the year:-)

Deb and I were in Rutherglen for a couple of days and plan was to cycle around a few wineries. Went to Campbell's and got stuck there by a big rain shower, then on to Stanton and Killen. Then decided we wanted to do some of the rail trail and rode up to Wahgunyah, had a beer at the pub to cool down. On leaving, Deb's back tyre was dead flat and no spare so I rode back to Rutherglen to get the car.

Morning run in Orange with Briohny (up to see my mum). Nice out and back from our motel along Lone Pine Ave and then out to Spring Creek reservoir dam wall. I lived in Orange for many years but had never done this run before. First run with Briohny for quite some time too which was nice.

Deb and I finally had a go at some of the MTB trails at Pomingalarna. Did 2 laps of the novice course and then the downhill section of the junior course. Might be brave enough to try the harder courses next time.

Tricky course set by Julie required lots of route planning to get optimal points. Felt slow at the start but picked up ok. Silly decision late to get another 20 pointer but lost 5 of those as I was late back!

Morning run, aim was to get to the beach but Council have closed the path behind the caravan park for repairs, so turned around there - hopefully reopened in time for Roadies on Saturday. Just over 10km, so my longest run since the H&H half.

Summer Series #2 at Glenfield Park. Similar plan to last week, clockwise around the outside of the map picking up all the 20 pointers (6), 8 of 9 10 pointers and just 1 x 5 pointer. Good turnout tonight with quite a few new faces and most seemed to enjoy the activity.
