Orienteering (Course Setting) 2:29:31 [3] 4.54 mi (32:56 / mi) +84m 31:08 / mi
(injured)

Serpentine Barrens Conservation Park, MD. The prime purpose was to set out controls for solo training. As I went across the map, I found the need to make various map adjustments. Some were for better point feature alignments, but other times, some vegetation needed adjustment. It took much longer than I'd planned. The sun was a orange ball just above the horizon as I was exiting.

Running (Street & Trail) 29:48 [3] 3.22 mi (9:15 / mi) +39m 8:55 / mi

From Northfield Rd., to Georgetown Pike via Greenwich Park, to Beech Ave., to Anniston Rd., to Ewing Dr., through North Bethesda Middle School to Bradmoor Dr., to Folkstone Rd., to Hartsdale Ave., to Heampstead Ave., to McKinley St., to Garfield St., to Roosevelt St., to Jefferson St., to Northfield Rd. This was a pretty nice run. Like before, there were many people out. It was somewhat sad to see an Corona virus related interaction where a group of kids and parents on the middle school parking lot had been playing. One kid on a bicycle wander over toward a friend who wasn't part of their party. The parent, with fear in their voices shouted for him to come back.
