Orienteering (Couse Setting) 30:00 [2] ** 2.2 km (13:38 / km) +35m 12:38 / km
spiked:12/(injured)

Rosaryville State Park. With Jon Torrance finishing the controls for the morning and all other jobs already done, I setup the streamer course. Dave Onkst went along and helped setup too. The grass was rather wet so my feet stayed that way the whole chilly day. At the end, I took it all down. I anticipated some other control pickup but that was all divided out.

Orienteering (Course Setting) 1:20:00 [2] ** 2.7 km (29:38 / km)

Rosaryville State Park, MD. I set controls with e-punch boxes for the northern part of the park.

Orienteering (Course Setup) 2:02:40 [2] *** 4.5 km (27:16 / km)
ahr:102 max:146 spiked:11/11c (injured)

I setup controls and epunch boxes in the western part of the park. The woods were nice, though with leaves on, visibility was well down. There also was more water on the ground south of the ruined building with the water stop. Speaking of those, I setup one big water stop while Jon Torrance, who was helping out due to my knee injury, got the others. It was great to have his help! I walked all of this except for when I had finished setting out everything and was headed to the car. I stopped off for a look at where Peggy and I got married too. It was outside the mansion, not very far from the parking lot but it still looked very nice. Besides reminding me of Peggy's happiness, it reminded me of Peggy's mother's happiness a bit too. She died just over a year ago.

My knee held up okay for all of this but I did stub my foot again--an action which brings sharp pain to my knee. It was a bit more sore afterward.
