Set out into some mildly windy and wet weather and within minutes was hit by the deluge. Swung back home to check the drains were working and change kit then set back out for a second go. Kept it steady and low level, all very enjoyable. Knee was OK once it had eased off.

Hills in a random wood near Gloucester. Very muddy and slippery everywhere. Knee OK.
