White course trying to keep up with Alex then home from Hugset. Would have liked to have done the o, but needed to get a long run in. Tired to start with, but ran into it and really enjoyed myself on a sunny afternoon. Ran on a few new trails around Stocksbridge and even bagged a new trig! Still feeling a bit out of practice on this kind of thing.

Hero's. Back on the hill after a long lay-off, I've been missing it! Put in a steady effort, which got easier as the session progressed. 5.57, 5.52, 5.46. Took it easy on the descents to protect the knee. OK and had more in the tank at the end.
