Run in the Peak with Emil W and Cat T! Sadly the Peaks were not at their most beautiful today for our Scandinavian visitor, but we managed a decent tour of some of the beauty spots. I felt for Cat, who kept getting blown away by the wind. Coming down off Back Tor was a particular highlight with the wind so strong it was quite hard to make any progress at all. Nice to have some company, just a shame the conditions weren't more conducive to chatting!

Shame to miss the Trigger (again), but I think it was the right decision for the knee. Aiming for steady progress rather than giant leaps.
