Castleton Fell race. Amazingly the last time I ran this race was in 2006, where I got beaten into 2nd on the road at the end by Andy Thake. Today it was Nic who got past me in the same place, putting me in 5th with Nathan et al well ahead. Not a bad run though and it was nice to have a tussle to keep it interesting. Felt good on the ups, took the descents cautiously and was just over a minute down on my 2006 time. That's about six seconds a year, could be worse I guess. Watch fail.
