Long and hilly one from Bamford. Piled in every climb I could think of. Tried out the sticks again and felt like they were much more helpful on this kind of run. Predicting sore arms tomorrow. Felt surprisingly good for pre-breakfast, helped by the lovely cold, clear conditions. Panic training for Transgrancanaria!
