Lovely day for a longer run. Up to Ringlinglow then over to Longshaw, back via Higger and Burbage Valley, Limb and Eccy Woods, where I bumped into all of SYO out bashing brambles. Felt surprisingly good right through to the end.

Steel Bank Hills at lunchtime: 1.10, 1.43, 1.52, 2.02, 2.04, 2.09, 2.17, 0.54, 1.09, 1.27. Took it realtively steady, although still started to tire on the last few. Ages since I have run this!
