Playing fields. Feeling pretty much dead, but a little better by the end. I didn't eat or drink on the run yesterday, or when I got back to the car, which I don't think helped the recovery!

Lovely long run from Ringlinglow over Blacka to White Edge, back via Curbar Edge, Longshaw, Carl Wark and Houndkirk Road. Ran at a solid pace and stayed on the smaller, more technical trails. Bonked a bit on the way back up from Burbage Valley, but even that was a pleasure.

Hero's at lunchtime. 5.50, 5.45, 5.46 to the new marker. Nice solid improvement on last time and still feeling comfortable. Cold air made it hard on the lungs.
