Steady effort at Eccy Woods. Ran the same loop three times trying to increase the pace slightly - not exactly a progression run, but not not a progression run. Felt OK for the first two then started to struggle a little on the third, mainly in my R hip flexor. Pretty spent by the end - head cold taking its toll?

Canal at lunchtime. Concentrating on good form and running as effortlessly as possible. Not bad although form started to go slightly in the last couple of kms. Discomfort minimal.
