12 PM

Running 1:20:58 intensity: (40:58 @2) + (40:00 @3) 17.1 km (4:44 / km) +402m 4:14 / km

Ringinglow, lap of Lady Cannings, Limb and back via some loops in Eccy Woods. Bit stiff to begin with but soon loosened off and this ended up being the best I have felt for a long while, even on the downhills. Possibly helped by a loosely tightened SI belt reminding me to hold everything nice and firm?

Planks (6mins), clamshells, supermans and dumbell squats (3 sets of 10) or nordics (3 sets of 10secsx3).

Steady loosener at Louhborough after a day of conferencing. The sitting hasn't been as much of a pain in the arse as it normally is which I'm taking as a positive.
