More exploring over towards Dronfield and Chesterfield and more getting lost trying to cross the A61. Nice day for it if a bit breezy. Got a bee stuck in my helmet while hurtling down a steep hill, which was a bit hairy. Ha ha, geddit?

More walk/jog: 3/1x6 with walk warm up and down. Playing fields. Back was stiff but in a non-injury way, or at least a different injury way, possibly due to flower-pot lifting earlier.

Strike day ride out to the Goyt Valley via Castleton, back via Bakewell. Really enjoyed the section around Dove Holes, the climb out of Goyt up to Cat and Fiddle and Earl Stearndale, all new to me for biking. Bit of a grind back over to Bakewell and a hard climb up Frogatt. All thoroughly enjoyable though on a lovely day.
