Smashed to pieces last night after a day of gardening. Stomach not that happy either after the race. Aches and pains and generally feeling rubbish so had a marathon sleep. Bit better today, but no training, other than to support Alex around the Dobcroft Dash fun run. The lad managed the full 2.5km for his first medal. So proud.

Need to remember that the Alps race was not all that long ago and not get carried away. Other than the relays, nothing coming up, so can afford to just run to feel for a while.
