In Bristol, Wavering Down and Crook Peak out and back. A bit early for a session but oh well. Fartlek pushing hard on all the hills, up and down. Finished off with a 2km blast back along the railway path. Felt a bit rubbish during but much reinvigorated after and for the rest of the day.

Oh Blake Street, how I have missed you, let me count the ways. Well, there were ten of them: 55, 55, 54, 54, 53, 54, 54, 54, 54, 55 (plus 5x20 second bounds to warm up). Bit longer running recovery than usual. The plan was to keep them consistent without killing myself, which worked well until the last rep, where I started to really struggle and ended the session in pieces as usual.
