To Darton from Greno via TPT. Feeling generally a bit rough to start with (awake coughing in the night despite not really being ill), but better and better as it went on. A couple of faster sections on the flats - about 5kmx2.

That was better. Worked out how to stretch the knee last night, all good today. Really enjoyed striding out and exploring some new trails. Head feeling much clearer too.
