Unplanned rest day, feeling more tired than I would like after yesterday's hill session and although the sniffle doesn't seem to have come to anything I opted to play it cautiously.

Rivelin Hills after dithering for ages over which session to do. Very wet underfoot so times pretty irrelevant but felt OK once I got going. 4.48 on the Coppice, which was less affected by the wet. Very sniffly and sneezy when I got back, maybe a bit under the weather?

Session of 8x the bowl in Hillsborough Park, all off 1 min jog/walk: 2.43, 2.45, 2.39, 2.39, 2.38, 2.41, 2.39, 2.40. First speed session for some time but moving alright once I had got up to speed. Pleased with that.
