Easy Run from Litton down a nice limestone gorge, mainly to make some space for a veggie fry up. Tired, but I wanted to run, so taking that as a positive. Followed by a post-wedding walk in the rain. Walking is pretty rubbish.

Thought I would/should try something faster. Ran foxdales up Rivelin (90/30 x10), then n effort up the coppice track in 4.40, then 8x20 sec hill bounds on the way home. Felt good on the intervals but blew up a bit on the hill effort. Sort of enjoyed it so must be feeling a bit better. Wedding all day at Tideswell.

Decided I wanted to run and realised straight away that I was feeling better. Ran the spoon lane loop at a decent pace, legs stiff after, but pretty much OK.

Complete day off to try to pick myself up. Felt tired all day and gut still sore.

Loxley run. Legs still sore and tired and I struggled around this easy loop, almost stopped a few times but came to the conclusion that I would just get cold and wet if I walked home. This was a real effort and I still have a stitch after the weekend, insides not happy at all. Rubbish.
