Notts Uni sprint training event, 3x2km+ courses around the campus. Ran at a decent pace and tried to focus on technique, planning ahead, cds, control exits, etc. By accident I ran them in decreasing distance order, which was welcome, and I pushed a bit harder on the last one, course A. Tired by the end. Oh, and I didn't cheat at all. A clean conscience sure feels good.
Great little event and perfect training for next weekend, Craney should be worried.
