Cycling 1:26:46 intensity: (46:46 @2) + (30:00 @3) + (10:00 @4) +627m

IW including a couple of experimental tabata sets. Not sure I got these quite right and found the 10 secs recoveries difficult to achieve on a hill. Also need to think about coinciding the end of the set with the top of a climb to avoid slowing to a crawl.
