ACT Wednesday evening series event at Campbell Park. Really nice open terrain and not too much climb. Legs were a bit tired and I was not pushing too hard. I Wasted about 40 seconds at 11, but otherwise a clean run.

Warm up run to The Strand and a warm down run home. First day back after 3 weeks at a training course, and I forgot to turn the alarm on. Woke up in time to take the short route down, but not the normal long route.
