running 44:00 [3] 9.0 km (4:53 / km) +150m 4:31 / km
shoes: Kayano 24

A much better morning for running. Cooler and less humid with clear blue sky. A couple of solid climbs through the forest.

running 37:30 [3] 7.7 km (4:52 / km) +50m 4:43 / km
shoes: Kayano 24

Struggled a bit this morning. The weather in NE US is hot and very humid. It was as bad as I have experienced in Singapore or Bali, like running in a sauna.

Exercise session 20:00 [3]

Session in the hotel gym to work on this week's challenge

Thursday Jul 5, 2018 #

running 40:40 [3] 8.6 km (4:44 / km)

Back to where the holiday started with a loop of Central Park. Over night in NY for the fireworks. Really spectacular.

Big day, with an early start, so no training. Started in London with a skype interview and finished in New York.

Monday Jul 2, 2018 #

running 45:50 [3] 9.5 km (4:49 / km) +100m 4:35 / km
shoes: Kayano 24

Loop to Rockkbourne, Damerham and back. Great area for getting variation in the routes. Only down side is that Sandleheath is at the top a the hill, so the final leg is always up hill.
Amazing weather. It has been low 30s and sunny in the south of UK for the last week, and it is forecast to go on for weeks. The locals are complaining of the heat and we are thinking it is just right

Sunday Jul 1, 2018 #

running 41:10 [3] 8.3 km (4:58 / km) +100m 4:41 / km
shoes: Kayano 24

Loop through Damerhan and Alderholt. Nice run along the undulating lanes
