Time to start running again, but probably should have picked a better morning. No real issue with the calf, so that was pleasing

Some soreness in the left calf and a damp morning so decided to confine myself to an exercise session.

An OK race, but hampered by the sinus infection that I've had all week. Bad miss on 3 that cost a couple of minutes, and then about 30 seconds on 15. Both were small point features in the flat. Otherwise navigated ok, just couldn't get running properly. Horrible conditions, cold and wet, fingers and toes were numb after about halfway
