A bit up and down, but hamstring was OK this morning.

Was going OK until the 8 k mark, and then twinged the hammie again. 1 step forward, 2 steps backward.

A rare lunchtime run. Started well, but then slowed after 4 k and struggled into the wind for the last 3 k. Good news was the hamstring felt OK.

Home to The Strand and then back home. No pain but hamstring is a bit tight still.

A hard session. Did Exercise pyramid
20 push ups; 16 push ups, 20 squats; 12 push ups, 16 squats, 20 shoulder press; pattern continues adding bicep curls and lunges, then tapers down to 4 lunges.
Went through twice, plus ab work

A fairly ordinary run. Hamstring was ok, not painful, but wasn't willing to push it.
Spent several hours cleaning up the parents house yesterday, and made some interesting archeological finds. Under the house found nearly a full set of the Victorian O magazines, plus a multi hole toilet top from some previous large event many years ago.
