Tough session this morning. 3 rounds of 10 minutes. First 2 were upper body and legs, last round was core.

A three part run. Home to Newport lakes, which is flat and uninteresting, 50% is a long straight road. Then some loops at the lakes, which provided the hills. Final part was down to The Strand and along the water and home. Landed in the middle of a fun run along The Strand, and dropped in a couple of quick kms keeping pace with some of the runners.
