Merrimack River walk over Bridge Street and back on Aiken. It was HOT, so it did this backwards in hopes that I'd get more breeze. I wondered if it would be weird doing it in the other direction, and it was.

On the Concord River with J-J, upstream from Muldoon Park and back. Seemed like a good idea, smaller river close to where we work, but the water was kind of nasty (there were some spots where it positively reeked), and for most of the time we were within earshot of the traffic on I-495. I also fell out of the boat when I was trying to get in -- J-J said I'd be fine doing it by myself and turned around to go get his boat, so I flipped it over right in front of a bunch of people just to spite him and make him look like an uncaring boyfriend. Saw a bunch of wildlife, though. I was attacked by a beaver just like the way Jimmy Carter was attacked by a rabbit.

Climbed Little Monadnock with J-J from Rhododendron State Park. Returned the long way via Widow Gage Trail and Rhododendron Road. A bit of a rough start, but worked out very well and much better than I was anticipating.

Merrimack River walk over Aiken and back on Bridge Street

On the Merrimack w/J-J. From close to the Tyngsboro bridge to barely into NH. Couldn't have planned it better if we had tried. Beautiful sunset, lovely evening.

Back to the river again. Nice day.
