Was a painful warm-up as I had very sore legs from yesterday and only had to "reactivate" them before able to run properly.

Swiss Middle Distance Champs, Arcegno, HAL.
The race was just the way I like it; technical, many controls and a good, fun course. Due to my lack of o pratice over the last few years, I was quite a bit on the edge on the first few controls and never felt "to have it under full control". But speed was apparently ok as I was on 4th spot after 8 controls. Then a big mistake to no. 9 and some 30-45" wobbles on no. 13 and 18. However all in all I'm satisfied with the race. Despite my good physical condition (on the bike), I had light cramps in my legs during the race, legs just not used to running anymore. Positive was that I felt no hip pain at all. 11./59

Commute in the morning, extended after work ride with Marco & riding back home.

Back on the bike! ASVZ ride. Legs were stiff and crampy in the beginning, loosened up the longer we rode. Again rather slow pace, nobody in attacking mood.

Felt quite ok again but still not 100% fit, therefore no training today.
