Running 1:08:17 [3] 12.0 km (5:41 / km) +350m 4:58 / km
shoes: Nike Free

Lunch run with Thomas; started from the parking lot below Meinrad and continued along the road towards Diebishütte. Turned there and ran the "X-mas lady course" back. Legs felt fine but I felt pretty dizzy after the light climb. Still not the way it should be.

Running 52:00 [2] 9.0 km (5:47 / km) +100m 5:28 / km
shoes: Nike Free

I'm in the military service this week. We were offered to go swimming, but I opted for a run in Rümlangerwald. Was raining cats and dogs but it was good to get a break from the military life. Easy pace, got a bit lost on the way back.
