Warm-up and cool down ( with Valeria :-) ). They scheduled my race for 11 a.m. on the internet, but it was actually on 1.45 pm, so I had to do the warm-up twice !

Running (Cross) 15:00 [5] 4.2 km (3:34 / km)

Enneda Cross, started in Men short. Course was pretty hilly and most on gras. Lost the sprint of 3th place, so did 4th.

Saturday Mar 16, 2002 #

Warm-up and cool-down for competition.

Orienteering 24:23 [4] 4.35 km (5:36 / km)

Zuger Frühlings OL, 4.35km, 190m cl. 18c.Ran HAK because of cross tomorrow. Started a little bit too fast and had to slow down in the middle. Walked almost every hill up to save energie. Made one 10 sec. mistake and 2x 5 sec. so almost nothing. I guess this was my fastet o competition ever, around 3.9 min/performance-km.
What a pity that I could'nt run in HAL class, Troy de Haas and some other fast guys ( incl. Janne ) ran it, would have been a nice comparison to those world class o runners.

Was swimming ( 1k )just after the work with Sandra, then hanged around in the warm children pool till 10pm.

Wednesday Mar 13, 2002 #

Slow run to the track and to the uni.

Running 7:14 [5] 2.4 km (3:01 / km)

Intervalls at Blumenfeld track; did that in the evening after our 5-hour business administration exam, we were motivated, but we were not able to finish what we actually planned.

600m: 1:49 ( goal 1:46,5 )
800m: 2:26 ( 2:26)
1000m 3:00 ( 3:07,5)

Ran the 1k with full speed, since we decided to break up after it.

Home-Solitude-Tobel-Eggen (!)-Ri. Fröhlichsegg-Back home. Lot of climbing as usual ( appr. 500m ), felt not that bad. With Päde.
