Ran with Mani W and Markus round the back of Henndorf - was quite hard for me as we went a bit faster. The last 7 minutes or so were quite a push for me, but it was good to run a bit faster. And I enjoyed the company :)

Easy run with Mani G round the back of Henndorf. Very nice, very hot and I am sooooooo sore! Need to hit the roads again fairly quick otherwise it will just get worse :)
