After a 2-hour course AAR, I went down to Shea Stadium and did 6 x 400m's with 200m RIs. It was a glorious day, sunny & cool, low humidity, although a bit windy. I was surprised by how decent I felt, although my times were not consistent (I tend to run consistent intervals without trying)--wonder what that's about.

Some track guy was down there turning 400s and 800s at about 25 seconds faster per lap than I was. Humbling.
