IT. Not as cool as expecting. Lights very friendly so thought I may be a bit quicker.

Bike - Road 31:07 intensity: (1 @0) + (4 @1) + (11:40 @2) + (16:17 @3) + (3:05 @4) 12.9 km (2:25 / km) +54m 2:22 / km

HFW. Friendly lights again. Moving okay at times but not consistently. New hole somewhere near Radyr weir but I don't remember exactly, mind must have been wandering. Had to take evasive action coming out of Tony and hop the kerb as a car came through the 'give way to oncoming traffic' section without giving way. Maybe bikes don't count as traffic?

First trip out on new bike. Some things to sort but mostly okay. Appears to have rained when I was away and the trails were quite greasy and muddy. Not out all that long but actually quite tired at the end.

Climbing 40:00 [1]

At Spot with a bit of a crowd. Felt worse than I was expecting but grip strength seems to have improved a bit. Still failed on a route that I should have been able to do by now.

Short lop from Faye's, was planning on heading to Baildon Moor but got the wrong road. First proper run since the ITB started hurting a month ago. It held up well but was finding it hard work by the end.

MDC run from HQ. Big crowd, about 20 - certainly a squeeze getting everyone around the table after. Went with the 'steady' group as not wanting to test my knee too much. It was happy enough, but getting a little stiff towards the end, so was enough. Shoes have hit 1000 miles. Good evening.
