Late evening run with Greg. Dead stiff starting but got moving quite well after a bit of a warm up. Still mighty hot but a whole lot more comfortable with the sun having gone down.

Cracking cycle with Rick and Jonny. Legs still too tired to put any real effort in but able to move long okay. Great tail wind for the first half, which was welcome in the face on the climbs on the way back. So hot. Stop in Rennes les Bains for great pizza and chips.
