orienteering race 16:20 [3] 2.6 km (6:17 / km)

Sprint was pretty good looking over the splits there where two controls that I really messed up. The first mistake was going to 4 before 3 and having to go back, I figured I lost about 40 seconds on that. Then on 11 I went to far and probably lost about 1:30. Generally the first part of the course was ok but I just did not feel comfortable for the second half after the spectator control. I couple people caught me and I lost focus with the map and had hard time refocusing. Physical it was really easy I hardly felt tired afterwords.

orienteering race 39:10 [3] 5.6 km (7:00 / km)

Middle was ok. Generally my navigation was pretty good, but I made one big mistake lost maybe 1:30. I was kind of taking it pretty cautious because of my disasters in the sprint. So I was slow and also because I was being cautious a couple of my route choices where not the best. There where a couple legs where I was able to open up and on those I had good splits. Generally though just not confident.

Nice easy run today just easy before ROC meet. However the people I was running with where running pretty hard around 6:30 pace so i cut off around 27 min and slowed down.

Nice and easy this morning felt ok a little tired but not bad.

Cut it a little short today because of ROC on Saturday. Felt pretty good but took it slow anyway.

Nice and easy this morning felt a little tired and it is starting to get cold in the mornings.

Took it pretty comfortable today but just did not feel that good. My legs felt tired and I just felt like I had no energy to move. In doing core afterwords though I felt a little bit better.

Nice easy run this morning. Was pretty tired have not had enough sleep the last few days.

Running 1:05:00 [3]

Easy warm up felt a little tight and kind of stressed. We did a 2mile in 10:02 rested 3:15 and then did a mile in 4:46 which did not feel as good as I would have hoped. I was feeling tires and pretty fatigued for some reason breathing was not coming well and I was having a hard time relaxing. We finished with 5x200 with 1min jog after each, they where 33, 32, 33, 31, 30.

Ended going a little logger on my morning run because we had to run with some recruits. Felt pretty good.

Took it pretty easy this afternoon was pretty relaxed. Strides where really good afterwords.

Nice easy run today actually felt pretty good a little tight but one of my better days this week, was pretty relaxed legs not that tired.
