Hips feeling totally normal yesterday and today. Really have no idea why or what caused the change. Its a good thing but just wish I knew what made them better. The orienteering Saturday? The stretching? The core work? The prayers? All above? Something else? What ???
Strangely the hips feel better today than Friday before orienteering on Saturday. That's weird but I will take it. However left hip (not yet operated on) very much can tell is not happy. Not sure how long I can go without addressing that one.
