Rowing Machine 1:30:00 intensity: (55:00 @3) + (35:00 @4) 21.18 km (4:15 / km)

This was a real workout, and hurt accordingly.

21,180 meters and it looks like it was under 20 spms, just barely.

Felt really strong through 45 minutes and then it became a battle, mentally and physically. Unlike last time, I did not bring the spms up at the end. Steady state the whole way.

It is "odd"--that's for sure.

It reminds me of this phenomenon.
