Sorry orienteering today. The last several days I've either run slowly and orienteered nearly perfectly, or ran faster and suffered some significant mistakes. The net effect is similiar per k times for rather disparate efforts. Frustrating.

Open 1. I ran this harder, at a 3-4 intensity. But, I orienteered much worse. Probably 6ish minutes of errors? I thought the terrain was slightly more subtle, but that was no excuse. I made some stupid errors. But, I also had some good legs.
