Camp Horseshoe red course.
Good effort; I suppose the result was decent.
"Large" navigational problems at 1 and 3 but then started to focus. Overall, mental intensity good, physical intensity OK. It's tough to keep pushing at that place because it tends to push back. But training more would help.

Didn't intend to go out hard but on the new machine, it's hard not to.

12th - 15th minutes were at 10 mph.

An hour after running, right bottom hamstring a little tight - too little time to stretch.
