where the plan was to test my leg on the treadmill. ran 5' @ 8km/h then increased the pace by 1 km/h every minute until 18 which i ran for a minute followed by some cooldown at 8. and i had no problem. didnt feel the tendon or whatever it was at all. i just dont get it. but as long as i can run painfree i dont care :)
