woke up and felt again a bit of pain on the left side of the throat. why cant i get rid of it? guess it will be a rest day today.

middle distance with the french team and felix. about 15' behind thierry. about 1' - 1'30 behind felix who missed quite a bit ... so did I. shape better as thought but i got tired quite fast and had to fight. need some more days to get fit and the sickness completely out of the body.
