Running long 1:53:14 [2] 23.64 km (4:47 / km) +360m 4:27 / km

awesome longjog with perfect weather conditions. ran with rami and mani g around the lake. andi came to my place and then we ran down to wartis place where we met mani. i felt really strong. abosolutely no problems. really really easy going. i am looking forward to the competitions.

warm up and cool down for the schmalzkochlauf

Running race 19:38 [5] 5.5 km (3:34 / km) +90m 3:18 / km

schmalzkochlauf in eugendorf. was a nice run and i felt good but i got problems with my rips. so i had to hold back quite a bit especially in the long downhill where i lost quite some time. i could already feel the breath of the pack behind me. then the big hill: the people behind me had no chance and i came up with a solid gap but i also saw that the first 3 runners where out of reach. so i "just" finished trying to keep my rip calm. ran in as 4th.

just a short run to loosen the legs for tomorrows race. i felt really great and had to hold back all the time. cool. i am looking forward to the race. i also like the course pretty much. so lets kick ass there! ;)

8 x 3' with 90s rest. felt ok but still tired. was a bit of a problem to keep the pulse up at the downhills...! had also some really nasty headwind! xD

i hope i am not sick again tomorrow!
