Run home from Sandra's place after dropping off Matti who came to us for watching the final WC Ski race (men's slalom) with us. He is so into this and cheers or cries with the athletes. AND he has the fact, places, names, etc in his head, whereas for us it is just another race that we quickly put away in our head. Amazing how young minds are quick and memorize all.
Sluggish run home, my muscles were kind of sore from yesterday's run on mostly paved roads. Doing so much classic skiing has not prepared my muscles from the impact motions of running. But our temparatures are so high, it is time to get the bike out again.

Running at almost 20 degrees C!! It was so unusual to just put on 3/4 tights and a T-Shirt, but everybody was smiling outside and springtime was in the air.
Only one week ago we were at the end of an arctic cold spell and I went also to the lake and took pictures of the many ice sculptures. Amazing the change within these few days. Almost all of the snow has melted and the ski tracks are just white rubbans over the fields but are unskiable.
