Did a "quick" run after coming back from Berne. Felt as good as I haven't felt running (or jogging? but I give a good effort, so running), in a long while. So maybe, my health and strength are coming back slowly? Still quite slow and disappointing time.
The weather has changed to winter: cold, overcast and strong North wind.

Someday, I will be able to catch up with writing about my trainings but it has still been kind of hectic with the annulation and hopefully, postponement of our Swiss 5 Days 2020 (and the World Cup, we are a package) re press releases, texts etc. Soon, it should calm down, but then I have to document everything done up to this point, so I can just pick it up in hopefully 8 months.
We have had an absolutely marvellous week of warm weather, sunshine and an explosion of spring flowers. Seeing colors again outside is such a joy to my eyes and soul. Nature sure has not spared us with a beautiful spring in these times of turmoil and worries.
