Not feeling that good today or the last few days. I'm having this period when my fascia tightens up all over and it hurts. I stretch and roll, but it helps for a moment, then it goes back to being tight like a whip. The run felt good, better than the time told me which is always the truth that I'm having one of those times again. And then it passes after a few days, a week. Puzzling.
