Another try to jog/run as my SI-joint pain has not eased up significantly despite taking Ibuprofen. I have to do more specific stretches which I actually did all spring and seemed to have helped. Sigh, I'm trying all kinds of stuff and doing changes to my side of the bed just in case it will help. The constant pain wears me out.

Running in the rain was not too bad, better at least than on Sunday. We'll see. For sure, it felt good.
