Running 52:16 [3] 5.25 km (9:58 / km) +116m 8:58 / km

I have been having a locked right sided SI-joint again since almost 2 weeks. It's really bad in the morning and I can usually barely walk. Lots of stretching and I only could do the bike-O races with ibuprofein.
Tried jogging today, the first time in 2 weeks (I think) and the joint loosened up a bit but still very restricted motion.
We're having a beautiful, balmy weekend full of sunshine!

Hiking 59:27 [2] 3.75 km (15:50 / km) +180m 12:47 / km

Easy fullmoon hike with Urs's fitness group from Berne. BUT, clouds have moved in and no moon!
10 PM

Hiking 43:32 [1] 2.53 km (17:12 / km)

After dinner we hiked back down another way and the weather had changed:
balmy, beautiful evening and hiking under a gorgeous moon.

Strength 'n Stretching 1:20:00 [2]

Did the stretching class which was excellent for my very tight muscles and connecting tissues. It hurt so much at the beginning and I tried to ease into it. The instructor has a way (I think she does not know it) to stretch muscles from all angles which is great to let go of the tightness eventually.
I'm also having issues with my right-sided SI-joint which is always flaring up again (started end of December).

Afterwards, I also did a round of my weights workout easing back into it again with just one set of 15.
4 PM

Mountain Biking 1:15:22 [3] 13.49 km (5:35 / km) +314m 5:00 / km

My uphill bike-loop which always seems a bit easier. It was a wonderful day after 2 rainy days and I wanted to get out. Had fun and felt so free on my bike.

Strength 'n Stretching 1:00:00 [3]

Back to our Wednesday CAF class: tough as always, today with step and more cardio combined with strength than the other way around. Sweating buckets.

Mountain Biking 1:02:17 [3] 12.68 km (4:55 / km) +249m 4:28 / km

Back home again, cleaned-up my bike (it was kind of washed after the mass-start and the sprint on Sunday had only a few spots with puddles or mud), and really sprayed and oiled the bike again so it would work again with no squeaking or missing gears. I'm amazed at my bike what it all went through over the last years bike-orienteering. Mostly in Hungary last July it got a beating and now again in Germany, but it keeps on working just fine for me, changing gears, keeping all the little parts on the bike that others seem to lose or break.
Did a little loop in the evening and soaked up the sun and warmth! How did I miss that. It was so dreadful those 4 competition days in Germany with icy winds, gale-force winds, rain and sleet and, of course, the cold temps.
But the course-setting was each race such a challenge and fun to do. I was constantly bent over the map checking on routes and feasabilities, then finding the correct trail, single-trail, path or longer routes around. I've never needed to be so present with constant map-reading doing a bike-O.
(And trying to avoid other riders, rocks, roots and not missing trails veering off.)
