# 1 Goal/punch treasure.
We are still having this wonderful, sunny and warm weather. As I had the day to myself including the car, I decided to go to 3 places where punches were hung for the "Chasse aux trésors" to celebrate 40 years of our cross-country tracks all over the Jura (over 200 km of tracks if there is enough snow). I first went to La Côte aux Fées (fée meaning the fairy of the Absinth) which is very close to the French border. Found the trailhead and went in for 2 km to a trail crossing but found no sign with the punch. Checked little further and down two different trails, but nothing. So eventually turned back to the car. Bummer.
The snow was soft, slow and nice to skate on where the sun had warmed it, but in the woods it was icy with graupel, where I double-poled most of it.

#2 treasure of today.
Drove on over the Jura hills down to Les Verrières and back up the next Jura hill range to the next trailhead. Changed shoes again and skied down into the woods little over 1 km and found the punch and went back up to the car . #2 for today.

# 3 Treasure of today:
Change shoes again and driving on down the hill range into the next valley of La Brévine (which holds the record for the coldes spot in Switzerland, aka Siberian Switzerland). Today, it was 8+ degrees warm. I found the punch really soon and decided to skate on into La Brevine and then back as it was so warm and beautiful and mostly flat. Still felt good at the end and could push the steady uphills back to the car.
What fun this was.
I know have 6 / 10 punches. The tracks seem to hold up, so I will be able to get the other ones, too, the next few weeks, I guess.
But with this warm spring weather, biking season has also started. I will get on my bike really soon.

Hiking 30:14 [1] 2.21 km (13:40 / km) +26m 12:55 / km

Thought I would run back from Sandra's place after dropping off Matti and Lena (we had been skiing ), but I felt too sore and my back and knees hurt. So I waited for Urs who's been in a meeting. Eventually, I started walking back home through the vinyards.

Running 1:10:34 [3] 7.51 km (9:24 / km) +116m 8:44 / km

My first run in a long while. My back is still hurting me, that is mostly my SI-joint. Cannot keep that in check.
Did my loop and then jogged back down home (which was probably too much as I had sore quads the next day).
