Running 46:42 [2] 4.28 km (10:54 / km) +147m 9:18 / km

Tried a little jog again into the Gorge de l'Areuse to check out about ice on the trails as it would be dangerous for our planned hike tomorrow. But no ice, just slippery rocks or roots.
I figured that my pain must come from an out-of-place SI-joint. With all the stretches and exercises I've done the last few days, the pain has narrowed down to the top of the hip/pelvic bone and is now a specific sore spot. Still, I have trouble on the flat or downhill parts. Need to continue with what I have been doing. (And, hopefully, I have been right?)

Jogging 43:33 [3] 4.78 km (9:06 / km) +37m 8:46 / km

Trying to run again after 2 days of rest and lots of stretches. But after 1 km, the pain on my right side came back at once this time, however, a lot higher in the quad and high up on the hip. Cannot put strength into the leg so its more of a shuffle. Tried various types of ground and the wood chip track felt easiest. Pain was manageable not like on Tuesday.
Still wondering whether its the SI-joint out of alignment or the hip joint.
Stayed home and out in the fog. So unfair, only 10 min away and 400 m higher the sun is shining.

Escaped the fog and fast-walked up to the top of Chaumont out of the clouds into a beautiful sunny day with an impeccable view onto the Alps. In fact, they were so close and so high and so clear, it was magical. Urs picked me up a little earlier than planned and we went up to the tower to watch the sunset and beautiful lights and colors of the sinking sun onto the snow-covered Alps.

I had to stop earlier as a nagging, small pain in my right quad kept resurfacing and getting more and more painful. At one point, I noticed that I was severely limping. Not sure whether it comes from my back (lack of stretching these last weeks) or, horror, pain from my hip? Never felt a pain like that radiating down my right quad, hurting all over the hip-joint motion or simply my back being out of alignment? Always hoping it will go away my magic some day. Because running is impossible like that.
